About This Database

The settings listed here are collected from official team equipment pages, verified player interviews, and configuration files players have shared publicly themselves. Hardware sponsorships and personal preferences change often — sometimes mid-season — so every entry is checked against the most recent public source before it's added or updated. We show eDPI (effective DPI) alongside raw DPI because raw DPI alone doesn't describe how fast a player's crosshair actually moves — it has to be paired with their in-game sensitivity multiplier. eDPI = mouse DPI × in-game sensitivity, and it's the number that stays comparable across players even when they use completely different DPI and sensitivity combinations to reach it.

Sensitivity Trends by Game

CS2 and VALORANT pros trend toward comparatively low eDPI — most cluster between 200 and 400 — because both games reward precise, controlled micro-adjustments during long-range duels, and a slower crosshair speed reduces overcorrection under pressure. Fortnite and Apex Legends players tend to run noticeably higher eDPI, since both games demand fast target acquisition across a wider field of view and frequent close-range flicks during building or movement-heavy fights.

None of this means you should copy a pro's exact number. Their sensitivity was tuned around thousands of hours of muscle memory, a specific mousepad size, and a desk setup you don't share. What's actually useful is the range: if your current eDPI is wildly outside what any competitive player in your game uses, that's a signal worth testing a change — not a rule to follow blindly.
